This coffee comes from Finca Santa Mélida in the Madriz region of northern Nicaragua, nestled deep within the jungle near San Juan del Río Coco. The coffee is grown in harmony with other plants—including bananas, cocoa, and various nuts and beans—creating a rich agroforestry ecosystem. The cup offers notes of dark chocolate, pecan nuttiness, and fruity brightness, reflecting its lush tropical origins.
