This coffee hails from Uganda's Rwenzori Mountains—the "Mountains of the Moon"—where volcanic soils and high elevations create a unique microclimate. Through Agri Evolve's extended anaerobic fermentation process, freshly harvested cherries are sealed in barrels for four days before slow drying on raised beds. The result is a vibrant cup with vivid fruit character, featuring notes of blackberry jam, violet, and tropical fruit alongside layered sweetness.
