This natural process coffee comes from Rwamatamu's Mbare washing station in Muhanga, Southern Province. Whole cherries are dried slowly on raised beds for 26–33 days under the Rwandan sun, allowing sugars and ripe fruit character to permeate the seed. The cup reveals bright sweetness with notes of blackberry and Parma violet.
