This single-origin Robusta from Vietnam's Dak Lak Province comes from Great Cherry Robusta, where a young team led by Will Nguyen recognized that Robusta is often underestimated. They experimented with an old Robusta-Sè variety and a novel anaerobic processing method to bring out aromas of tropical fruits alongside the rich body characteristic of Robusta beans. The result delivers chocolate raisin and jackfruit notes with a lasting sweet aftertaste, proving their point about this versatile coffee's potential.
