This Indian coffee from Venkids Valley Estate carries a remarkable story: Pavan and Shilpa Nanjappa inherited their family's land and carefully cultivated both Arabica and Robusta varieties. At official cuppings, their Robustas repeatedly surprised juries with an unexpected delicate sweetness that left tasters wondering whether they were tasting a refined Robusta or perhaps a Monsoon Arabica. The cup delivers rich cocoa nibs and nougat notes in this intriguing single-origin offering.
