Chinchipe is both this coffee's name and the Ecuadorian region near Peru where cooperative ACRIM's approximately 160 members cultivate high-quality beans sustainably. Farmers wash their coffee locally before it undergoes further processing, hulling, sorting, and drying at the cooperative facility. This organically certified lot has earned recognition in Ecuador's Taza Dorada competition.
