Roaster notes

This Ethiopian Arabica from the Kaffa region grows at 2430 meters on a sustainably managed forest plot, cultivated without pesticides or artificial fertilizer. Hand-picked cherries are sun-dried directly on drying racks using the natural process, yielding a mild and fruity cup with notes of cherry, red forest berries, caramel, cocoa, honey, floral tones, and dates. The medium roast brings out these flavors best when prepared as espresso.
