Sourced from Ruera Estate in Kenya’s Kiambu region, this natural process coffee is cultivated on rich volcanic soils at the foothills of the central highlands. The cherries undergo a rigorous selection and slow sun-drying regimen that preserves the origin's signature clarity while enhancing fruit character. The resulting cup delivers vibrant blackberry notes alongside sweet undertones of nougat and caramelized apple.
