This natural-processed coffee comes from Tamiru Tadesse's farm in Bensa, Sidama region of Ethiopia. After years working as an engineer and teacher while observing industry imbalances, Tamiru and his wife Messi launched Alo Coffee following inspiration from Ethiopia's 2020 Cup of Excellence. Their first submission from their home village of Alo won the prestigious award in 2021, proving that passion and discipline can elevate Sidama coffees to world-class status. The cup delivers bright strawberry, peach, and raspberry notes characteristic of this celebrated Ethiopian origin.
