Roaster notes

This anaerobic-processed Red Bourbon from Rwanda's Northern Province grows near the Kinini washing station, offering a light roast with notes of blackcurrant jam, brown sugar, and chocolate. The coffee comes from smallholder producers in the Rusiga district, continuing the legacy of Celestine—a farmer we first met in 2016 who owned three acres here before passing away in 2025. His four children now cultivate coffee in his footsteps, while the roaster supports the wider community through school and infrastructure projects.
