This natural-process Arabica from Brazil's Sul de Minas region comes to us through the COOPFAM cooperative, which has been supplying their coffees since 2019. A medium-dark filter roast with a caramel-like character, it offers a sweet cup featuring notes of white nougat and date. The 2025 harvest delivers a rich, dessert-inspired profile that pairs beautifully with milk or enjoyed black as an afternoon pick-me-up.
