Perched between the Batukaru and Agung volcanoes at 1,000–1,500 meters, this coffee comes from the Karana community—a collective of 377 smallholders in Kintamani's highlands who farm according to the Hindu philosophy of Tri Hita Karana. The cup offers a rich, fruity character with notes of dried plum and apricot alongside dark chocolate undertones, reflecting both the volcanic terroir and the producers' century-old organic traditions.
