El Paraiso

Roaster notes

This Castillo coffee from El Paraiso farm in Colombia's Cauca region is grown at 1960 meters by farmer Diego Samuel Bermudez. The beans undergo anaerobic fermentation followed by extra-long drying in special electric dryers developed by the farmer himself, creating a cup with aromas of lychee, peach, and jasmine tea. Best enjoyed prepared in a hand filter.
