This natural process coffee from Guji, Ethiopia brings together harvests from various smallholder farmers working at altitudes of 2000m to 2300m above sea level. The local landraces produce a round, sweet and juicy cup with notes of blueberry jam, violet, black tea, and black grape that showcase the distinctive character of this Ethiopian region.
