Kenya Anthony Ikahu Honey
Roaster notes
Anthony Ikahu returned to his family's six-hectare farm in Mabae Village, Gatanga, in 2020 with a clear mission: revitalize the land and produce high-quality coffee. Growing at 1,700 meters above sea level in rich red volcanic soil, these SL28 beans are honey-processed on-site—a method Anthony began experimenting with after receiving his processing permit in 2023. The result is a structured cup with vibrant acidity, juicy texture, and notes of molasses, blueberry jam, and black tea.
