This coffee comes from Johnny Alvarado Fonseca's Corazón de Jesús Micro Mill in the Piedra de Rivas region of Costa Rica, where beans are grown at elevations between 1,700 and 2,000 meters. The 100% Arabica Bourbon variety undergoes anaerobic natural processing, creating a cup with creamy texture alongside spicy and fruity notes that reflect the distinctive terroir of this high-altitude Costa Rican micro mill operation.
