Roaster notes

This grade 1 washed coffee comes from Banko Gotiti wetmill in Kochere district, within Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region. The mill, managed by Alemu Bukato, processes cherries from around 650 local farmers who supply this consistently excellent lot. On the cup, expect bright apricot and lemon notes with a delicate orange blossom finish characteristic of high-altitude Ethiopian heirloom varieties grown at 2000 meters above sea level.
