Colombia Edil Quinayas Washed Pink Bourbon

Roaster notes

Don Edil’s Pink Bourbon is widely recognized by the San Agustín coffee community as among the finest in the area. This washed lot delivers an incredibly complex and vibrant cup with a syrupy body filled moreish sugarcane sweetness. Expect bright notes of peach and cotton candy grapes, best enjoyed black to fully appreciate its distinctive character.
