Sourced from the high-altitude Planadas region in Tolima, this washed Arabica is cultivated by indigenous farmers using environmentally friendly methods and intercropped with staple foods. The cherries are carefully hand-picked, traditionally fermented, and dried on patios to preserve their delicate character. This light roast offers a bright cup profile featuring distinct notes of lemon, caramel, milk chocolate, almond, and cashew nut.
