Roaster notes

Grown in the hills of Garzón, Huila by third-generation producer Hugo González on his 3.5-hectare farm El Edén, this Gesha is anoxic washed with cherries held three days before de-pulping and fermented seventy-two hours in sealed barrels. The cup delivers intense floral aromatics of elderflower, honeysuckle, and magnolia alongside fresh sweet tangerine with zippy white wine acidity.
