Roaster notes

This clean washed coffee comes from Leodan Huaman Villegas's family farm La Palma in Cajamarca, Peru, where his family has cultivated coffee for more than sixty years. After twelve hours of fermentation and mechanical depulping, the beans are dried on raised beds for twelve days. The cup is clean and complex with notes of honeydew, tangerine, and grapes.
