This natural-process coffee from North Kivu in the Democratic Republic of Congo comes from the Tuinuane Kooperativ, grown at high altitude on the shores of Lake Kivu. The cup delivers a creamy, balanced profile with sweet notes of apricot and cola alongside hints of amaretto. Despite conflict displacing over one million people since January 2025, partner farmers continued working their land—this harvest reflects extraordinary resilience and commitment to craft.
