Sítio Vale do Sol is a ten-hectare farm in Brazil where second-generation farmer Izaias cultivates coffee alongside his father. The harvested cherries are sent to the nearby Pedralva Mill, owned by Carmo Coffees, for processing using natural or pulped natural methods. This long-standing partnership ensures careful handling and full traceability from the small farm through final preparation before export.
