La Villa de don Juan is a small 5.5-hectare farm owned by Juan Darío Gómez Collazos, where coffee including the Pink Bourbon varietal is grown. This lot was selected for its sweet stone-fruit flavours and syrupy body, representing our first year sourcing from this producer through the Specialty division of Colombia's National Federation of Coffee Growers.
