Roaster notes

Milton Leonardo Monroy has farmed coffee at Finca San Pedro since 2006. This third-generation Agricultural Engineer manages a forty-hectare farm in Tolima, with just over six hectares planted to coffee at 1800 meters altitude. The high elevation brings slow cherry maturation and fermentation times that can give the coffee a defined sweetness and clarity of fruit.
