Fazenda IP brings another delicious coffee this year from Luiz Paulo Senior, who has been farming coffee since the 1970s. The farm processes all its coffee using the Pulped Natural method—selected cherry passes through a de-pulper to remove skin and mucilage, then sundries on patios with mechanical dryers as needed for even humidity control.
