Wubita Queen hails from Lalesa in Ethiopia's prestigious Gedeb region, produced by Ephtah Specialty Coffee under Wubit Bekele—a feminist leader committed to sustainability and women's empowerment in the coffee supply chain. The cherries undergo anaerobic fermentation for nine days before slow drying on African beds, yielding a vibrant, fruity cup where blueberry, raspberry, bergamot, vanilla, and cocoa notes blend into a soft, harmonious texture with light to medium acidity. This expressive coffee represents the bold new generation of Ethiopian specialty coffee.
