This organic single-origin coffee from Honduras offers a smooth and soft cup with distinct vanilla notes. The beans are Arabica variety, grown at an altitude of 1400 to 1600 meters above sea level. Caffeine is removed using the chemical-free Swiss Water process, which relies on pure water and active carbon filtering before the green beans are dried and shipped for roasting.
