This decaf coffee is sourced from farms in Colombia's Huila and Tolima regions. It delivers a rich, syrupy cup with notes of malt loaf, golden syrup, vanilla, and grape sweetness, finished with a well-rounded mouthfeel. The sugar cane process uses ethyl-acetate—a naturally occurring compound from fruit fermentation—to remove caffeine while preserving the coffee's character.
