Sourced from the Suke Quto coffee estate in Ethiopia’s Guji zone, this organic lot is cultivated at high altitudes between 1800 and 2200 meters above sea level. The beans are washed and dark roasted to create a rich, complex cup that balances flowery rose aromas with bright citrus fruit notes. A distinct chocolaty undertone rounds out the profile, offering a deep and aromatic experience characteristic of this renowned region.
