Pachamama, meaning Mother Earth, is a Peruvian coffee exclusively cultivated and processed by women to honor International Women's Day. Grown alongside vanilla and fruit trees that provide natural shade and pest control, the cherries are selectively handpicked before undergoing anaerobic fermentation in plastic barrels. The parchment is then washed and dried in parabolic dryers, with each bag supporting a donation to Women's Aid.
