This Santa Rosa coffee comes from Café Orgánico Marcala S.A. (COMSA), a cooperative formed in 2001 that empowers small farmers in Honduras' Montecillos mountain range. Marcala holds distinction as the world's first registered coffee Denomination of Origin, where producers employ unique selection methods at harvest to preserve quality. The cup showcases Marcala's sophisticated character with notes of green apple, honey, pear and maple syrup.
