This Honduras Las Mercedes coffee hails from West-Honduras, where it's grown in rich clay soil near the ancient Copan ruins. The beans are carefully hand-picked across four rounds and washed with a 12-hour fermentation before being sun-dried for seven days under the Honduran sun. The cup delivers sweet cherry notes alongside chocolate undertones and fruitcake flavors, finishing with an elegant citrus character.
