Roaster notes

Grown in Ethiopia's Bombe mountains at elevations reaching 2,300 meters, Keramo is produced by approximately 1,500 smallholder farmers working with Daye Bensa. The cherries are carefully processed using traditional washed methods at the Keramo Adara Washing Station. In the cup, this coffee offers a clean and balanced profile featuring bright yellow apple, fresh lime, and a smooth finish of buttery almond.
