Kebena Decaf

Roaster notes

This decaf comes from Haider's original Limu Kossa farm in Ethiopia's Jimma region, where coffee is traditionally processed — pulped, fermented overnight, washed, and dried on raised beds. After dry milling near Addis Ababa, the beans are decaffeinated in Germany using the EA method, a natural process derived from sugarcane. In the cup, expect notes of grape, bramble, and caramelized almond with a smooth, round mouthfeel.
