Grown under the shade of Inga trees at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,320 meters in Motozintla, Chiapas, this Mexican coffee is a blend of Catimor, Sarchimor, and Red Caturra varieties managed by Jorge Arreola Nava. Decaffeinated using the Mountain Water process that uses only water to remove caffeine while preserving flavor, it offers a full-bodied experience with sugary sweetness and nutty notes.
