El Triangulo
Roaster notes
This Geisha from Santa Lucia farm in Honduras's Comayagua region takes its name from the Triangulo plot where it is cultivated. Ripe blood-red cherries are hand-picked, then de-pulped and dry fermented for 36 hours in ceramic-tiled tanks before being washed and slowly dried under 50% shade to 11% humidity over approximately 15 days. After resting for at least one month to homogenize moisture, the coffee delivers a refined cup of green tea, lychee, and white flowers—suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
