Los Allahuines is the name for coffee producers from Peru's Ocallí district in the Amazonas region, named after a fairy tale about magical creatures living in the Higuer mountains. This producer group has innovatively developed their coffee varieties beyond the common Catimor through the Alto Marañon Project, receiving technical support that has consistently improved both quality and harvest volume over three years.
