Roaster notes

This coffee hails from the Aricha kebele within Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region, where approximately 800 smallholder farmers cultivate heirloom varieties at elevations of 1950 to 2300 meters. Harvested between October and January, this washed lot delivers a light floral character with juicy notes of black tea, mango, and pomelo. Coffee remains the primary livelihood for these dedicated growers in one of Ethiopia's most celebrated growing areas.
