Brasilien Morro Preto
Roaster notes
For over 80 years, Tiago de Almeida's family has cultivated coffee at Sítio Morro Preto in Brazil's Sul de Minas region. The farm traces its roots to Tiago's great-grandfather Joaquim, who emigrated from Portugal as a child and purchased the land with earnings from woodworking before planting his first coffee seeds. Today, Tiago works alongside his brother Renato, focusing on specialty coffee production using diverse varieties and processing methods that yield an exceptional range of distinctive coffees.
