Brasilien Morro Preto Catuaí

Roaster notes

This single-origin coffee comes from Sítio Morro Preto in Brazil's Sul de Minas region, where Tiago de Almeida's family has cultivated coffee for over eighty years. His great-grandfather Joaquim emigrated from Portugal as a child and established the farm through hard work; today Tiago and his brother Renato focus on producing specialty coffees with diverse varieties and processing methods. The natural-processed Red Catuaí offers a bright, fruity cup with notes of apricot, apple, and honeydew melon.
