Äthiopien Aramo
Roaster notes
This Ethiopian coffee comes from smallholder farmers who bring their harvest to the Aramo washing station in the Yirgacheffe Highlands, Aricha district. The cherries are processed naturally, dried on African Beds for 15-20 days with regular turning during daylight hours, allowing fruit sugars to be absorbed by the beans and creating a characteristically fruity-sweet cup. Expect notes of blue grape, strawberry, and rose in this light roast offering.
