At Keramo Station in Ethiopia's Sidama region, only the ripest coffee berries are selected and undergo a 72-hour wet fermentation after depulping, creating a fresher, clearer taste. This JARC74112 variety, developed by the Jimma Agricultural Research Centre beginning in 1974, offers a delicate, balanced cup with floral and fruity notes, bright acidity, and a sweet finish.
