Bette Buna Estate sits in the Megadu area of Guji, Ethiopia, where coffee trees grow amidst both wild forest and planted forest across 220 hectares. The perfectly ripe cherries are handpicked before resting on beds for 3-5 weeks, alternating between shade and direct sunlight during their natural drying process. This cup reveals blueberries, black tea, apricot, and lemon in a vibrant expression of Ethiopian terroir.
