Roaster notes

This light-roasted Arabica blend brings together coffee from 14 different producers around Jaen in Peru's Cajamarca region, where volcanic soil and high-altitude conditions create an ideal climate for cultivation. The beans are washed and then brought to a central warehouse established in 2018, where they undergo quality assessment before being blended into this soft, full-bodied cup with notes of yellow plums, orange peel, and marzipan.
