Mr. Toi is a Vietnamese pioneer in Specialty Canephora who employs experimental methods to elevate his coffees' quality. His extraordinary beans challenge the notion that Robusta cannot deliver exceptional taste. A 24-hour fermentation process imparts this coffee with a particularly full-bodied and velvety character, revealing notes of oak, white wine, rhubarb, blueberry, and cinnamon in the cup.
