This coffee comes from Nyampinga, a cooperative of 255 farmers whose name means "beautiful women, inside and out" in Kinyarwanda, highlighting the vital role women play within their community. Through natural processing, where whole cherries dry before the bean is removed, fruity and rich aromas develop into a cup with notes of blueberries and cinnamon that create full-bodied, sweet, and complex flavors.
