This coffee is the result of a long-standing collaboration with the Valladarez family, grown on rich soil in the heart of the Cordillera Dipilto natural reserve. Coffee cultivation through agroforestry has created a microclimate that favors sustainable production of specialty coffees. The cup opens with hazelnut aromas, followed by comforting caramel notes on the palate, finishing with an intense dark chocolate body.
