This coffee comes from twenty women in Mexico's Zongolica region who call their harvest "Woman Power Zongolica." Grown within agro-ecosystems that honor the ancestral heritage of the Nahuas people through intercropping and forest conservation, this lot was hand-depulped, washed, and sun-dried on patios for fifteen days. The cup offers a smooth character with medium acidity, notes of syrupy grape, and hints of caramel and hazelnut.
