Sourced from the Karimikui Coffee Factory in Kirinyaga, this washed Kenyan coffee is cultivated by a cooperative of smallholder farmers primarily growing SL28 and SL34 varieties. The cherries undergo a meticulous process involving fermentation, washing, soaking, and sun-drying on raised beds to ensure premium quality. The resulting cup delivers a complex profile characterized by juicy acidity and distinct notes of dark berries.
